Atlanta Public Artists Take A Stand For Their Murals

Public art is a booming cultural phenomenon in Atlanta. But many local artists are fighting to protect their art from being removed. The City of Atlanta has told muralists they must register work, or it will be painted over. Some artists responded by filing a lawsuit, claiming the ordinance violates freedom of expression. We talk with artist Fabian Williams, Living Walls Executive Director Monica Campana, and OuterSpace Project President Greg Mike.

The OuterSpace Project festival will take place from June 19 through June 24.
