Gov. Deal Weighs In On Health Care Debate

Jun 30, 2017

Today on “Political Rewind,” Gov. Nathan Deal weighs in on the health care debate and says he doesn't want states to get stuck with Medicaid costs. How does the congressional effort to replace Obamacare affect this piece of the puzzle?

Tomorrow, July 1, marks the day that new laws enacted by the state legislature go into effect. The most controversial of the new state laws is the "campus carry" act.

Finally, we can't escape the ongoing controversy between President Donald Trump and the hosts of "Morning Joe" on MSNBC. Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders goes to the mat to defend Trump's tweets, but other Republican lawmakers aren't inclined to cut him a break on his Twitter habits.
